Jennifer Oliver Henderson is a marketing communication specialist with nearly 20 years of experience. Her professional achievements include “40 Under 40” awarded by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2008, Texas Wesleyan University’s Alumni Service Award in 2012, the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2014, Great Women of Texas in 2014, Top 20 Women to Watch in 2016 and alumni scholar of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. She is also recipient of more than 100 local to international design and public relations awards. For fun, she runs Gallery 440, featuring a large collection of international modern art as well as local contemporary Texas artists.
Vice President, Creative & Strategy
Duke has over 16 years success in marketing, advertising, entertainment and brand consulting. He worked for acclaimed agencies in New York City and Washington, DC, where he helped organizations like MasterCard, Red Bull, Tiffany & Co., L’Oreal, the Government of Monaco and U.S. presidential candidates to develop and launch brands, conceive and execute strategic campaigns and create messaging across media and platforms. As a thought leader, Duke has written articles for publications like the Harvard Review, The Telegraph (U.K.), Fast Company, Mashable and HubSpot. A lifelong filmmaker, Duke has also written and produced award-winning feature and short films. He’s received multiple Addy, Webby, Telly and Pollie awards, and a student Academy Award nomination. A serial entrepreneur, he ranks founding and growing a successful Manhattan-based marketing firm as perhaps his greatest achievement. He has a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MFA from Columbia University.
Mike Beitler is the creative director for J.O., charged with strategizing the overall creative and visual design for client projects. Mike received his bachelor of fine arts from Abilene Christian University and has been working for 15 years in the design and advertising industry, with extensive experience in graphic and web design, brand strategy and development, illustration, print design and creative team management. He has consistently solved problems creatively, crafting visually stunning pieces for clients of all types — nonprofits, start-ups, design studios, advertising agencies, corporations like Toyota and more. Outside of work, his interests are similarly art-related. Mike dabbles in old-school sign painting, something he and his wife collaborate on, and he enjoys downtime with his 13-year-old miniature schnauzer, Ricky.
Director of Client Services
Jennifer brings 23 years of expertise in marketing and public relations with her. As the previous vice president of marketing for Gatti’s Pizza, Jennifer managed digital marketing and implemented strategic budget plans for a restaurant system of 87 locations. She also specialized in public affairs for Kroger, where she administered government relations and served as a spokesperson for local TV and radio. Proficient in organizational development and crisis management, Jennifer has worked as the events coordinator, communications manager and assistant director for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. With her vast experience in maintaining internal and external relationships with the government, media and publics including vendors and sponsors, Jennifer excels in managing client services. As an involved community liaison, she is proud to be on the board of directors for the Aledo Education Foundation, and on weekends, Jennifer loves attending her son’s baseball tournaments with her husband, Eric.
Public Relations Account Executive
Hailing from Longview in East Texas, Mallorie is an experienced project manager and media liaison. Having previously worked for Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) as a media and public relations coordinator and for Woodside and Associates as an assistant account executive, Mallorie is familiar with the vibrant landscape and industry opportunities in the DFW community. At Woodside, she worked with notable clients, such as Theta Charities Antique Show and the Catholic Archdiocese of Houston, and for TMS, she worked closely with NASCAR and the IndyCar series. Mallorie studied communications and public relations at University of Texas at Arlington, where she received her BA and held the position of vice president of events for PRSSA. When she’s not at the office, Mallorie enjoys golfing, DIY crafting, taking road trips around Texas and spending time with her “children,” her dogs.
Copywriter and Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist
Christina, a proud Fort Worth native, graduated from Texas A&M University where she earned a degree in international communications. She is passionate about writing and has been since she wrote her first mystery story in middle school, and has more recently contributed to a collaborative blog and her alma mater’s satirical newspaper. In her spare time, she loves to read, write creatively, swim and explore her Italian heritage.
Originally from Tennessee, Katie grew up in Stephenville, Texas before going on to earn her BFA in communication design at Texas Tech University. As a student, she completed internships with the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra and D Magazine. She also received several student ADDY awards for her design work. As a lover of the arts, Katie enjoys art museums and documentaries as well as creating linoleum-block prints.
Debbi Morris has a strong background in keeping the ship running – they don’t call her iron maiden for nothing, despite her small stature. At J.O., she handles the accounts payable and receivables, and will ensure client projects stay on task and on budget.
